I was recommended to contact First Certify after I was let down by a local EPC company who arrived late and tried overcharging me after an agreed fee. Lucy was my initial point of contact who kindly answered all questions. I was then handed over to Matt who was knowledgeable, friendly and advised me on a number of things prior to my appointment taking place. I didn’t think service like this still existed.
