# First Certify

> First Certify is a UK property compliance platform that lets landlords, homeowners, and letting agents book accredited EPC, Gas Safety (CP12), EICR, PAT testing, and boiler servicing online with local assessors. Reports are sent within approximately 72 working hours, with the majority sent through within 24–48. All energy assessors are Elmhurst or Stroma accredited, gas engineers are Gas Safe registered, and electricians hold recognised Inspection and Testing qualifications such as C&G 2391 and the 18th Edition BS 7671. Many electricians are also registered with NICEIC or NAPIT, though not all are.
